Can I place an order online?
To best serve you and to provide products that fit your exact needs, we ask that you utilize our Request for Project page. Here, you may upload logos, images, sketches or text outlining your vision. From there, we will work with you to bring your vision to reality. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email our office at any time.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, we welcome you to call our offices anytime to place an order. Many of our long-time customers find it easiest to call our office for repeat orders. For first-time customers, calling our office is a great way to meet our team and to get your engraving questions answered by our knowledgeable staff.
What is the typical turnaround time for a custom engraving project (one piece)?
The turnaround is two days for a custom engraved piece.
What is the typical turnaround time for a team or business (bulk) engraving project?
Between 2 – 5 days

Can I place an order from out of state and have you ship it to me?

Are your engraving services done here in Reno?
Yes, we are a locally owned and operated business and we prepare all orders on site.
Can I bring you a special vintage item, and have you custom engrave a message on it?
We are always excited to work with our customers to personalize special keepsakes. Bring in any item and we will discuss the many possibilities!
